Corrections and coverage reports are the most useful mail we get. Prices move, counters change, and brands quietly update what they publish about their networks.

What is genuinely useful to send. A price that has changed since the date on the page. An airport counter that has changed its terms. A coverage experience that contradicts our table, especially from Kamikochi, the Nakasendo forest sections, rural Hokkaido, the Sanriku coast, the Shikoku mountain temples or the small islands, where our information rests on published maps and traveler reports rather than our own measurement. If a brand starts publishing its Japanese network partner, or stops, we want to know that day.
What we cannot help with. We are not a mobile operator and we do not sell eSIMs. If a plan you bought is not working, the provider's own support is the only route to a refund and it is faster than us. Our setup page covers the fixes that need no support at all.
Partnerships and guest posts. We do not publish guest posts, sponsored placements or paid reviews. Providers cannot buy a position in any table on this site. The disclosure page publishes the commission rate we earn from each brand, including the several we earn nothing from.
Response time. Usually a few days. Verified corrections ship in the next update and we note what changed.
